No, they will not pay any bill, for making these phone calls, but only the local phone charge for these calls.

Who pay for the calls made from Pakistan?

All the calls will be billed in your account, if they are made from Canada, or from Pakistan. You can check your account and call history in my account.

How can I save more when talking with Pakistan?

For super saving, you can make one minute call from Canada to Pakistan, to the number which is already registered by you, and let them know to call you back. This one minute call may cost you as low as 9.0 cents. When they call you back, each minute will than cost you as low as 3 cents per minute. Now you may talk for as long as 30 minutes for  one dollar spent.

You can only register one phone number in Canada, but  you can register from 1 to 5 phone numbers in Pakistan depending on the plan you choose. If you have signed up for Pre-paid Plan, you can register up to 5 numbers, but for the unlimited plan, you can register only three numbers.

Yes, you can register different numbers from different cities, for the maximum of a 5.  This option is available for pre-paid plan only. For Un-limited plan, you can register 3 numbers but from the same city only.

This is a PTCL issue, and only they can fix this problem by allowing that number to be reached by your wireless phone sets.
